This machine operates by manually putting a batch of the lock connection pieces (short-circuit pieces or test pieces) into the hopper, and placing the electric meter box products into the left (right) fixture. The X-axis conveys them into the position to be locked. The vibrating plate and the linear feeding align and feed the materials to the pushing mechanism, and the pushing mechanism sends the connection pieces to the position to be locked of the product. The screw hopper aligns the screws to the distributing mechanism, and the distributing mechanism distributes the screws to the feeding tube and automatically conveys them to the screw batch mouth. The screw batch presses down to lock the connection pieces onto the product. The front and rear two X-axes with left and right fixtures alternately lock, greatly improving the work efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
